Hiring Sales Professional - Red Cannonball

Red Cannonball is an Inbound Marketing Agency specializing in growing revenues for our clients based on inbound marketing strategies. 

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, big­ picture salesperson to help close deals and network with large accounts.

We are in need of an experienced Sales Professional based in Chicago to join our team. This role requires a highly­-skilled, personable, self­-sufficient, and intelligent person who will attend networking events, follow up with leads, and close sales on a regular basis. The ability to explain the inbound marketing process to business owners and C­-Level individuals within large organizations will make or break the success in this role.

The position requires pipeline management, consulting, and closing. Other duties include attending networking events, completing live presentations, developing proposals, and keeping the CRM up ­to­ date.

The Sales Professional must be able to:

  • Adapt to the daily changes of a fast­growing startup 
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards 
  • Think creatively about how our goals fit in with the client goals

This role is commission ­based with an equity share after reaching certain goals. You can make $100,000+ the first year as payment is performance based.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of sales success
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Digital Marketing, Media Advertising, or SAAS Experience prospecting and closing deals with small to mid­size businesses
  • History of using online services such as LinkedIn and AngelList
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly quotas
  • BS/BA preferred
  • Strong technical and computer skills

We have an office but this is a sales role so we want you out and about closing deals.
